I help companies build products and digital services.
MY APPROACH
In the strategy phase I guide clients in shaping digital products and services that meet business goals, technical feasibility and the needs of end users.
Through a co-design process I work with stakeholders to define and prioritize the problems to solve. The aim is to uncover the company's competitive advantages and bring it economic value and innovation.
EXPERIENCE
In the experience phase I turn the strategic goals set in the previous phase into concrete actions.
Thanks to the cross-functional skills I've built in different contexts, from startups to multinationals, I decide together with the client, agency or company, how deep to go on each activity. The main activities range from research and finding the insights that matter for the project to interface design and testing with end users along the way.

Discovery
and Analysis
Every time I start a project, I need to immerse myself in its specific context. To do that, I ask a lot of questions up front.
some activities
Kickoff and Assessment Workshop
What is it?
A time for collaborative planning of the goals of the project, where we define in detail the activities in the proposal and the main project milestones.
What do I get?
1. Getting to know the tools and the workspace
2. A roadmap shared and validated by the project stakeholders
3. Detailed activities and outputs
4. Shared project goals
duration
1 to 3 days
requirements
Decision makers in the room
tools
Miro / FigJam / Trello

Competitive Landscape and Benchmark
What is it?
Understanding your competitors helps build initial hypotheses by looking at their communication and touchpoint design and inferring their strategy. This gives you a baseline that we can evolve together in the following phases.
What do I get?
1. A visual summary of competitors' strengths and weaknesses
2. A profile for each competitor with stats relevant to the goal
3. A visual map of the touchpoints with our idea
4. Shared project goals
duration
Usually 3 to 6 days
requirements
The client identifies the main competitors or the reference market
tools
Various websites such as BuiltWith, SimilarWeb, Social Mention and others.
output
Miro board or Pitch slides
Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis
What is it?
Talking directly with your users is the best way to validate initial hypotheses.
It isn't statistical validation, but it helps us evolve our initial idea through user interviews, field observation of the experience in use, surveys, analytics reviews, analysis of the channels feeding the funnel, A/B testing and more. As always, it depends on the project and on how fast you need to move.
